Integrated Emotional Intelligence

Leadership, From the Inside Out

Regulate your emotions and expand your capacity: for your leadership, your team and your life

Where Self Awareness Meets Measurable Impact

In today’s fast-paced world—whether you’re leading a team, navigating a demanding role, or simply seeking to show up more fully—the ability to communicate with empathy, lead with clarity, and respond to stress with intention is what sets thriving individuals and organizations apart.

My work blends the framework of emotional intelligence with nervous system science and evidence-based coaching, offering individuals, leaders, and teams the opportunity to not just understand emotional intelligence—but to feel it, live it, and lead with it.

Why It Matters

Emotions don’t begin in the mind—they begin in the body.

Before we speak, decide, or lead, our nervous system has already assessed the moment: safe or stressful, open or guarded, clear or overwhelmed. Shaping how clearly we think, how openly we communicate, and how effectively we respond.

By learning to recognize those internal cues and build greater capacity for regulation and resilience, we can become more self-aware, emotionally agile, and intentional in how we relate, respond, and lead.

And when that capacity extends beyond the individual, it contributes to something every healthy team and organization needs: the psychological safety to communicate openly, navigate challenges, and do their best work.

The Approach

Whether through coaching, an EQ-i 2.0® or EQ-i 360® assessment, or a facilitated team or audience experience, you'll develop a deeper understanding of your emotional intelligence through key dimensions such as self-perception, self-expression, interpersonal skills, decision-making, and stress management. But insight alone isn't enough.

I help you activate that insight by addressing what most leadership programs miss: how to regulate your nervous system under pressure, so your leadership strengths stay available when you need them most.

The Metrics

Self Perception

How well do you know and trust yourself?
Your ability to understand your emotions, recognize your strengths, and maintain a grounded sense of confidence and purpose.

Self Expression

How clearly and authentically do you express yourself?
Your ability to express emotions, communicate assertively, and share what you think, feel, and need while respecting yourself and others.

Interpersonal

How well do you connect, relate, and build trust with others?
Your ability to understand others, act with empathy, and contribute to healthy, mutually supportive relationships.

Decision Making

How well do you use emotional data to make sound choices?
Your ability to remain objective, manage impulses, and solve problems effectively—even under pressure.

Stress Management

How effectively do you manage change, uncertainty, and pressure?

Your ability to adapt, stay composed, and maintain perspective through challenge and changing conditions

Leadership, Regulated

Most leadership programs stop at insight. But under pressure, emotions run hot. Stress takes over. And the strengths you depend on can disappear when you need them most.

When backed with nervous system science, change goes deeper and lasts for the long run. My method teaches you how to activate your EQ-i results in real time. Using practical techniques that start with the body and work in real time, you’ll learn to regulate your response under stress so your leadership skills stay available and consistent, even in high-stakes situations.
