About Randelle

“The way we lead our work, our relationships, and our lives is shaped by the relationship we have with ourselves.”

This is a philosophy that has guided the way I work, lead, and live.

I've dedicated my career to understanding people and what helps them navigate complexity, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change. Along the way, I've come to see that insight alone isn't enough. Real change doesn't come from knowing more. It comes from developing the awareness, skills, and capacity to respond differently.

Today, my work brings together emotional intelligence, nervous system science, and evidence-based coaching because I've found that the greatest barriers to growth are rarely a lack of knowledge. More often, they're the unconscious patterns that shape how we think, communicate, make decisions, solve problems, and relate to ourselves and the world around us.

I'm a Certified Executive Coach, licensed EQ-i 2.0® and EQ-i 360® practitioner, Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, facilitator, speaker, and founder of Rare Method®.

Credentials are only part of the picture.

Long before any of those titles, I was a corporate dropout who realized I was aiming at someone else's version of success instead of my own. Recalibrating my path taught me one of the most important lessons of my career: the hardest decisions aren't usually about changing what we do—they're about becoming honest about who we are.

Each experience has shaped my perspective, and together they've reinforced one simple truth: people don't need fixing—they need the awareness and capacity to access more of who they already are. My approach is grounded in science, informed by experience, and designed to help people create meaningful change that lasts long after our work together ends.

The strongest leaders aren't created by becoming someone else. They're revealed when they have the capacity to bring more of themselves to the people and moments that matter most.

My Approach

What matters most to me is creating experiences that don't just leave people inspired—they leave them changed.

Whether we're working one-on-one, in a boardroom, on a retreat, or from a stage, my role isn't to give you answers. It's to ask better questions, help you see what's been difficult to see on your own, and create the conditions for meaningful, lasting change.

My work is both reflective and practical. Together, we'll uncover the patterns that may be shaping your thinking, relationships, and leadership, then translate those insights into actions you can carry into your everyday life. Because transformation isn't measured by what happens in a coaching session or workshop—it's measured by what happens after you've left the room.

You can expect thoughtful challenge, honest conversation, and evidence-based guidance that's grounded in the realities of your life, your leadership, and the goals that matter most to you.
