Join me and my co-pilot, Kate Mak, as we weave the threads of asana, ancient story telling, meditation and mantra into a unique offering of advanced Vinyasa Yoga practice, vibrating with Kirtan. This 2.5 hour class will move thru Pranayama, layered with sequenced poses to bring you to a peak pose. This gathering is designed to bring you into a collective where the focus is adding to an already vibrant physical practice to deepen your roots and find more of what yoga has to offer.
An existing Asana practice is an asset, other than that just bring an open mind and heart, a mat, water bottle and comfortable clothes to practice in.
