Today marks 5 years since I taught my first yoga class. A blip on the radar, but a bright blip none the less. I've connected to all sorts of people. From far edges of the earth, to people I share the parking lot with. Each one unique, each a gift.
I've watched the unfolding of bodies. The truing of souls. I've seen eyes switch from dull to bright.
The practice provokes me to walk a lifeline rich in experience. To see myself, the bad bits and the best parts. To be curious enough to change. To witness both pleasure and pain.
It's potent, this practice. I can't gives words to justify how lucky I feel to have stumbled upon it, nor how humbled I am to share it.
